I’m Tess. I’m the one quietly making sure everything is taken care of before you ever have to think about it. The timelines, the backups, the small details that keep things moving without you feeling it.
I’m the one with the extra safety pins, the calm voice, and yes — the squeaky toy when it matters. My job is to hold the structure so you can stay fully in the moment.
